In short: Sushi Merge is a free game. Play fair, don't cheat or copy it, and enjoy. These terms explain the rules between you and PixelWolf.

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or playing Sushi Merge (the "Game"), published by PixelWolf ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your country, make sure a parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. What you may not do

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or re-publish the Game, its code or its assets, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, bots, modified apps, emulators set up to manipulate scores, memory editors or any exploit to gain an unfair advantage or to submit false scores to the leaderboard;
• interfere with the Game's ads, services or the Google Play Games leaderboard, or attempt to access them in unauthorised ways;
• sell, rent or sublicense the Game or accounts, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove scores that appear manipulated and may restrict access to online features for players who break these rules.

4. Free game, ads and rewards

The Game is free to play and supported by advertising shown through Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always optional where a reward is offered (for example continuing a run, doubling a score, an extra daily attempt or a 24-hour costume). Rewards are cosmetic or convenience features, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. There are no in-app purchases. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content, but you can report problematic ads to us.

5. Online features

The leaderboard uses Google Play Games Services and requires you to sign in with your Google account. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's terms. Online features may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time, and leaderboard entries may be removed or reset (for example to correct errors or abuse).

6. Your progress

Your progress (scores, levels, collection, streaks, settings) is stored on your device. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or reset progress, and it is not backed up or transferred by us. We cannot restore lost progress.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its name, logo, characters, art, music, sound and code, belongs to PixelWolf or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Some components are provided by third parties under their own licences (for example open-source fonts and software); their notices are available on request. "Google", "Google Play" and "AdMob" are trademarks of Google LLC and are not affiliated with this Game's publisher.

8. Updates and changes

We may update, change or remove features, or stop supporting the Game, at any time. Some updates may be required to continue playing. We may also revise these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PixelWolf is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer arbitration bodies, as provided by law.

Sushi Merge – Kullanım Koşulları

Kısaca: Sushi Merge ücretsiz bir oyundur. Adil oyna, hile yapma ya da oyunu kopyalama, keyfini çıkar. Bu koşullar seninle PixelWolf arasındaki kuralları açıklar.

1. Anlaşma

PixelWolf ("biz") tarafından yayımlanan Sushi Merge oyununu ("Oyun") indirerek, yükleyerek ya da oynayarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Oyunu kullanma. Bulunduğun ülkede reşit değilsen bir ebeveynin ya da vasinin bu koşulları senin adına kabul ettiğinden emin ol. Gizlilik Politikamız bu koşulların bir parçasıdır.

2. Lisans

Sana, Oyunu kendi cihazlarına kurup ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla oynaman için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Bu lisans, bu koşullara ve Google Play Hizmet Şartları'na tabidir.

3. Yapamayacakların

• Oyunu, kodunu ya da varlıklarını kopyalamak, değiştirmek, kaynak koda çevirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak ya da yeniden yayımlamak (kanunun açıkça izin verdiği haller hariç);
• haksız avantaj sağlamak veya sıralamaya sahte skor göndermek için hile, bot, değiştirilmiş uygulama, skor manipülasyonuna ayarlı emülatör, bellek düzenleyici ya da herhangi bir açık kullanmak;
• Oyunun reklamlarına, hizmetlerine veya Google Play Games sıralamasına müdahale etmek ya da bunlara yetkisiz yollarla erişmeye çalışmak;
• Oyunu veya hesapları satmak, kiralamak, alt lisanslamak ya da hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanmak.

Manipüle edilmiş görünen skorları silebilir, bu kuralları ihlal eden oyuncuların çevrimiçi özelliklere erişimini kısıtlayabiliriz.

4. Ücretsiz oyun, reklamlar ve ödüller

Oyun ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob üzerinden gösterilen reklamlarla desteklenir. Ödül sunulan yerlerde (turu sürdürmek, skoru ikiye katlamak, günlük ek deneme ya da 24 saatlik kostüm gibi) reklam izlemek her zaman isteğe bağlıdır. Ödüller görsel ya da kolaylık özellikleridir; nakit değeri yoktur, başkasına devredilemez veya başka bir şeyle değiştirilemez. Uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Reklamlar üçüncü taraflarca sağlanır; içeriklerinden sorumlu değiliz ancak sorunlu reklamları bize bildirebilirsin.

5. Çevrimiçi özellikler

Sıralama, Google Play Games Hizmetleri'ni kullanır ve Google hesabınla giriş yapmanı gerektirir. Bu hizmetlerin kullanımı ayrıca Google'ın koşullarına tabidir. Çevrimiçi özellikler istediğimiz zaman değiştirilebilir, kesintiye uğrayabilir ya da kaldırılabilir; sıralama kayıtları (hata ya da kötüye kullanımı düzeltmek gibi gerekçelerle) silinebilir veya sıfırlanabilir.

6. İlerlemen

İlerlemen (skorlar, seviyeler, koleksiyon, seriler, ayarlar) cihazında saklanır. Oyunu sildiğinde ya da ilerlemeyi sıfırladığında silinir; biz yedeklemeyiz ya da başka cihaza aktarmayız. Kaybolan ilerlemeyi geri getiremeyiz.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

Oyun; adı, logosu, karakterleri, görselleri, müziği, sesleri ve kodu dahil PixelWolf'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer yasalarla korunur. Bazı bileşenler (açık kaynak yazı tipleri ve yazılımlar gibi) kendi lisansları altında üçüncü taraflarca sağlanır; bildirimleri talep üzerine paylaşılır. "Google", "Google Play" ve "AdMob", Google LLC'nin ticari markalarıdır ve Oyunun yayımcısıyla bağlantılı değildir.

8. Güncellemeler ve değişiklikler

Özellikleri istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir, kaldırabilir ya da Oyuna desteği bırakabiliriz. Bazı güncellemeler oynamaya devam etmek için zorunlu olabilir. Bu koşulları da değiştirebiliriz; "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncel sürümü gösterir ve değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

9. Sorumluluk reddi

Oyun, kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız ya da her cihazla uyumlu olacağını taahhüt etmeyiz.

10. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde PixelWolf, Oyunu kullanmandan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan ya da veri veya ilerleme kaybından sorumlu değildir. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları ya da tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.

11. Sona erme

Oyunu silerek istediğin zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsin. Bu koşulları ciddi biçimde ya da tekrar tekrar ihlal edersen erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Niteliği gereği devam etmesi gereken bölümler (fikri mülkiyet, sorumluluk reddi, sorumluluk) yürürlükte kalır.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; yaşadığın ülkedeki emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır. Uyuşmazlıklarda kanunun öngördüğü yetkili mahkemeler ve tüketici hakem heyetleri yetkilidir.
